Votes were collected and sealed at each of our 4 main membership meetings this past week Aug 22-25, 2011.
The sealed ballots were combined with the electronic proxies that had been submitted during the same time period.

Opening of the sealed envelopes and vote tabulation was witnessed by

The results of the vote were 89.4%
in favour of the contract extension.
